Missionaries preach in Salvador during Carnival: "God will judge the immoral"

Em Salvador missionários pregam no carnaval: “Deus julgará os imorais”In Brazil, it is common to most evangelicals participate in retreats and camps in the carnival holiday, but there are some groups that adopt a different tactic, rather than escape the hustle and bustle, going toward it, to meet the revelers.

This is the case of a group of missionaries who conductsoutreach for several years at the Barra-Ondina Carnival inSalvador, Bahia. They are strategically positioned in the streets near Ocean Avenue, which is one of the main paths of the electric trios.

During the event they distribute leaflets to revelers and still carrycards containing phrases impact. "God will judge the immoral", and called on the message board for Sergio Nissikawa loaded, areference to the text of Hebrews 13:4. "Sergio, a component of the group, says, "many people do not know, pass off, eventuallydoomed" and that the main goal of the effort is to spread the teachings in the Bible.

But the acceptance of the preaching of the missionaries is not always welcomed, as revealed by Agnaldo Cardoso, are oftengreeted with hostility, Swearing. But, says some souls are savedthrough evangelism held by the group.
