After attacking the Catholic Church saying that Pope BenedictXVI is a "genocidal potential," the deputy of the LGBT activist, Jean Wyllys (PSOL-RJ), accused Silas Malafaia Brazilian pastors as having blood on their hands because the death ofhomosexuals in the country.
On Friday the deputy gave an interview to British newspaper TheGuardian in which he compared their struggle for LGBT causes in the country with the saga of Don Quixote of La Mancha. Don Quixote is a character created by Miguel de Cervantes known in the literature to leave on an adventure with a distorted view of reality, to live a romance of chivalry.
The MP said his struggle over LGBT "is an uphill battle to fight," but stressed that this would be his vocation: "But this is myvocation. My vocation. I feel that I need to be here, "said Wyllys.
Wyllys told the newspaper that is part of the forefront of anincreasingly venomous battle with a legion of radical evangelical pastors. He also said that Brazil's reputation as a rainbow nationopen and tolerant, is affected by the agitation of the pastors who perform exorcisms of lesbians and gay men.
The British newspaper said that "the radical religious right" hateJean Wyllys, and accuses religious, as Pastor Silas Malafaia,attacking the congressman with derogatory messages.
Wyllys, who is Umbanda, said that "the hands of Silas Malafaiaand other pastors of these are covered in blood, 'the blood ofhomosexual victims who die in Brazil for' homophobia. '" The congressman was referring to the opposition of Christian leadersin relation to changing the Constitution to allow gay marriage.

Depois de atacar a igreja Católica afirmando que o papa Bento XVI é um “genocida em potencial”, o deputado militante da causa LGBT, Jean Wyllys (PSOL-RJ), acusou pastores brasileiros como Silas Malafaia de ter as mãos sujas de sangue por causa da morte de homossexuais no país.
Na última sexta feira o deputado concedeu uma entrevista ao jornal britânico TheGuardian na qual comparou sua luta pela causa LGBT no país com a saga de Dom Quixote de La Mancha. Dom Quixote é um personagem criado por Miguel de Cervantes conhecido na literatura por sair em uma aventura, com uma visão distorcida da realidade, para viver um romance de cavalaria.
O deputado afirmou que sua luta em torno da causa LGBT “é uma batalha difícil de combater”, mas ressaltou que essa seria sua vocação: “Mas esta é a minha vocação. Minha vocação. Eu sinto que eu preciso para estar aqui”, destaca Wyllys.
Wyllys disse ao jornal que faz parte da linha de frente de uma briga cada vez mais venenosa com uma legião de pastores evangélicos radicais. Ele afirmou também que a reputação do Brasil, como uma nação arco-íris aberta e tolerante, é prejudicada pela agitação dos pastores que realizam exorcismos de lésbicas e gays.
O jornal britânico afirmou que ‘radicais da direita religiosa’ odeiam Jean Wyllys, e acusa religiosos, como o pastor Silas Malafaia, de atacarem o parlamentar com mensagens depreciativas.
Wyllys, que é umbandista, disse que “as mãos de Silas Malafaia e desses outros pastores estão cobertas de sangue: ‘o sangue dos homossexuais que morrem em vítimas no Brasil, por ‘homofobia’.” O parlamentar se referia à oposição das lideranças cristãs em relação à mudança da Constituição Federal para permitir o casamento gay.
